Your Registration Request Has Been Received
Thank you for requesting a spot in our youth programs. As class sizes are limited, we review all initial requests before moving forward. This process ensures availability and allows us to protect your privacy by only collecting detailed family and payment information once your student’s enrollment is ready to proceed.
What Happens Next
After you submit your registration request, Cast Forward Solutions will review your student’s eligibility, course availability, and payment or funding information. We will send a registration update to the parent or guardian email provided on the form.
Submitting a registration request does not guarantee a seat. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions to complete the remaining enrollment steps, including the Student Enrollment Packet.

You may create your Parent Enrollment Portal account now or wait until your registration request is approved. Creating an account does not confirm enrollment or reserve a seat.
After approval, the Student Enrollment Packet, payment or funding instructions, and detailed course information will become available in your portal.

Check the inbox and spam folder of the email used on your form. You will receive an update regarding next steps for enrollment, a request for clarification, or notice if the student has been placed on a waitlist due to course capacity.
After Approval
Once approved, you will be invited to the Parent Enrollment Portal to complete the Student Enrollment Packet, which includes:

Course details, expectations, and policies

Payment or funding documentation

Required electronic signatures
Enrollment is officially finalized only after all required forms, documentation, and payment or funding have been received, reviewed, and verified by Cast Forward Solutions.
