Start your student’s registration for a Cast Forward Solutions youth course.
Getting started is easy. Complete the short registration form below with your student’s basic information, course selection, and anticipated payment method. Because class space is limited, Cast Forward Solutions reviews each request before inviting families to complete the full enrollment packet. This helps us confirm that the student can proceed and prevents us from collecting additional personal information unless it’s necessary. After we review your request, we’ll email you with the next steps.

After you submit, Cast Forward Solutions will review your request and email the primary parent or guardian. If approved to continue, you will receive instructions to access the Cast Forward Parent Enrollment Portal and complete the full Student Enrollment Packet.

Submit the Request
Complete the initial form with the student’s essential information, selected course, and anticipated payment path.
Full Registration Steps
We use a structured enrollment process so families provide detailed information only after course space and eligibility have been reviewed.
Step 2:
Cast Forward Reviews the Request
We review course space, eligibility, and funding. You will be emailed if the student is approved, waitlisted, or if more info is needed.
Step 3:
Access Parent Enrollment Portal
Families approved to continue will receive an email with a unique link to create or access their secure Parent Enrollment Portal.
Step 4:
Enrollment Packet
Complete the packet including health info, emergency contacts, transportation plans, policies, and required signatures.
Direct Pay
Choose this option if your family will pay Cast Forward Solutions directly. Direct Pay families approved to continue will receive an invoice or payment link as part of the enrollment process. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received and the Student Enrollment Packet is complete and verified.
Payment Path Options
Select your preferred payment path to manage the enrollment costs for your student’s course enrollment effectively.
Vendor, School, or Organization Funding
Choose this option if payment will come through a homeschool program, charter school, school district, vendor program, or another organization. Vendor-funded enrollment remains pending until the funding source has approved the expense and Cast Forward has received the required purchase order, authorization, or payment.
What Happens After I Submit?
After submitting the registration request, you will see a confirmation message and receive an email confirming that your request was received. Cast Forward Solutions will review the request before collecting the full enrollment information. After review, the primary parent or guardian will receive an email explaining whether the student is approved to continue enrollment, needs to provide clarification, has been placed on a waitlist, or cannot be accommodated because the course is full or eligibility requirements are not met. Families approved to continue will receive a link to create or access the Parent Enrollment Portal and complete the full Student Enrollment Packet.
Important Note
Submitting a registration request starts the review process. It does not reserve a seat or confirm enrollment.
