How Youth Course Registration Works
Registration happens in steps so families can start with a short registration request, then complete the full enrollment packet inside the Parent Enrollment Portal.
Step 1
Start Registration
Complete the short Youth Course Registration Request form to begin enrollment.
Step 2
Select Payment Path
Choose Direct Pay or Vendor/School/Organization Funding so we know how your course will be paid.
Step 3
Create the Parent Portal
Families receive a link to create or access the Cast Forward Parent Enrollment Portal.
Step 4
Complete the Enrollment Packet
Inside the portal, families complete emergency contacts, transportation details, and required signatures.
Step 5
Seat Confirmation
A student’s seat is fully confirmed once payment is confirmed and the enrollment packet is complete.
